ROLE SUMMARY
The Director, Global Talent Acquisition is accountable for building and leading a high-performing team to deliver hiring excellence across all regions. This leader champions a talent-centric culture and ensures that every interaction reflects the strength of the Astrix brand, delivering an exceptional and consistent candidate experience worldwide.
In this role, the Leader will design and implement scalable recruitment processes, leveraging tools, technology, and data to drive measurable outcomes and build robust global talent pipelines that support the company’s growth trajectory. They will partner closely with stakeholders across Business Operations, Application Services, Advisory/Digital Services, Commercial, and Corporate functions to ensure seamless alignment between hiring demand, workforce planning, and strategic priorities.
This role provides direction and guidance to the recruiting team to attract, select, and retain top talent in collaboration with cross-functional partners. The Director, Global Talent Acquisition will develop a deep understanding of Astrix’s business, market position, and strategic objectives, translating them into targeted hiring goals and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
Additionally, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor on future talent needs—contributing expertise to pipeline planning, supporting new business opportunities (including new logos), and anticipating emerging talent challenges to ensure the organization remains well-positioned for long-term success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Strategize, design, and implement best practices that deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Identify, engage, and deliver candidates who enhance and add to our culture.
- Develop hiring plans and workforce maps to support organizational growth.
- Provide competitive market intelligence to inform talent strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders.
- Offer counsel and subject matter expertise across all areas of recruitment and selection (e.g., full end-to-end recruiting process, talent market trends, talent intelligence).
- Write and review talent marketing campaigns for use across multiple channels (social media, CRM, Careers site, etc.).
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage analytics to communicate strategy, effectiveness, and impact.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry benefits and perks to help ensure Astrix remains competitive in total rewards.
- Partner with Marketing to develop candidate-focused promotional materials that maximize hiring outcomes.
- Set clear expectations for all parties and continuously improve the hiring process in partnership with internal clients.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this role.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This leader oversees a team of 6.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent education and/or work experience will be considered.
- 8+ years direct experience leading and managing a global recruitment team.
- Specialty recruitment experience, ideally within life sciences consulting; preference given to candidates with executive search or passive talent generation experience.
- 8+ years of experience partnering with hiring managers, assessing hiring needs, and developing creative talent acquisition strategies to consistently execute effective recruitment plans.

- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and a variety of interview and evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source talent.
- Deep understanding of role requirements across the organization.
