Business Development Manager – Must reside in the RTP area in NC – 

We are Astrix Technology Group, a nationally recognized leading provider of both Staffing and Professional Services to the life science industry, and we're on the search for our next market leading Business Development Manager to drive further growth and new client development!

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Increase sales, by developing strong relationships with key customers, proactively developing new business contacts, and understanding customer requirements
  • Maximize Astrix’s existing business relationships
  • Serve as the interface between the customer and Astrix to ensure the customer’s staffing needs are met
  • Generate proposals that successfully address the client’s technical, functional and budgetary requirements
  • Monitor and analyze market and customer activity to gain insight for long-term planning and business expansion
  • Provide guidance and collaboration to recruiters in order to satisfy client requirements

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have some combination of: Staffing industry experience, sales experience, scientific or technical degree/experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (science related is ideal)

 

POSITION SPECIFICS:

• This position will report to the Region Managing Director level for the Southeastern team. This is a growth opportunity with future region leadership opportunities.

 

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

  • Salary ranges from $60,000-75,000/year plus monthly commission.
  • Employees (and their families) can elect medical coverage, dental coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts (medical—after qualification period—and dental), and Health Savings Accounts. Employees are covered for vision, short term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance. After six months, employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan (5% match). Employees will also receive 10 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) every month. Employees will also enjoy eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
